Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate the capacity of the extrusion production line, optimize resources, improve production efficiency, and assist the production line in solving temporary problems;
- Establish standard working hours and personnel quotas, timely improve operation methods and production line balance, improve production efficiency and reduce material loss;
- Analyse and establish standardized operating procedures for production lines;
- By setting standard working hours and production capacity, monitoring daily production data and analysing abnormal working hours, we can reduce waste and improve work efficiency;
- Other tasks assigned by the leadership
Job Requirements
- College degree or above – technician
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with experience in medical equipment, and can adapt to occasional overtime work on the production line.
- Proficient in office software
- Have good interpersonal communication skills
- For those with outstanding qualifications, the qualifications for the position can be relaxed
- Proficient in two languages: English, Chinese,
