JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To lead and manager Behn Meyer Distributor achieving sales target sustainably in assigned area
- To give input, proposal & feedback for commercial strategy
- To be accountable for sales target and others KPIs to be achieved in assigned area
- To build and maintain good relationship with customer, able to manage conflicts among distributor system
- To actively keep track on market situation, competitors and business environment changing then propose and implement anticipate actions to line manage timely
- To be accountable for sales report accurately and timely & update customers profile.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Background in Animal Health, livestock
- At least 2 years experiences in similar responsibility, preferable with international company
- Located in areas segmented , understanding about farming practices as well as customer behaviors
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
