Senior Sales Executive in Animal Nutrition

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • To lead and manager Behn Meyer Distributor achieving sales target sustainably in assigned area
  • To give input, proposal & feedback for commercial strategy
  • To be accountable for sales target and others KPIs to be achieved in assigned area
  • To build and maintain good relationship with customer, able to manage conflicts among distributor system
  • To actively keep track on market situation, competitors and business environment changing then propose and implement anticipate actions to line manage timely
  • To be accountable for sales report accurately and timely & update customers profile.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in Animal Health, livestock
  • At least 2 years experiences in similar responsibility, preferable with international company
  • Located in areas segmented , understanding about farming practices as well as customer behaviors
  • Good communication in Vietnamese and English
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills
