Job Descriptions:
For Product/ Procedure Owner:
- Responsible for all operational activities for Retail team, including but not limited for rocedures, policies, products under data capturing, application underwriting, loan disbursement, … to run exactly as expectation
- Compose, get agreement, customize and finalize before signoff Processing Business Mapping, Interface Specified Document.
- Build new procedures & policies and enhancing current procedures, risk policies, products to optimize work performances.
- Plan and coordinate with related team to make sure projects for Retail runs smoothly.
For Risk Control/ Collection & Management System:
- Reviewing the actual implementation process of work at the Center for Debt Management and Collection
- Review and summarize documents on debt management and recovery, including current documents that need updating, documents needing further development, and documents needing replacement.
- Contribute ideas and build a new model, a document structure suitable for the new model for Debt Management and Collection
- Participate in commenting and building a debt reminder process for Debt Management and Collection.
- Participating and review in the development and completion for Risk control of Retail banking team
For Customer Experience to develop business:
- Contribute ideas and complete the customer journey map
- Review the touch points/points that need to be improved to increase customer experience in the customer journey map of mobilized products such as SMS content, emails, form templates…
- Contribute ideas to improve the Regulation on the framework for receiving and responding to customer information.
- Develop criteria and contribute to the Regulation on new product development and approval
- Building a customer journey map for loan products
- Presenting how to build a customer journey map of loan products for all members
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Economics, Banking or related field
- Strong business acumen as well as deep Retail product owner expertise, with strong communication skills to explain in business terms the technicalities of technology & business solutions
- Experience at the same position at least 3 years
- Proven track record of delivery to market of successful solutions in retail Banking
- Expertise in latest advancements in building up Retail banking
- Experience with working with external ecosystem partners to integrate their capabilities into seamless customer journeys as well as coordinate with internal related teams.
- Strong command of MS Office (MS. Excel, MS. PowerPoint, MS. Word, Adobe). Good written and spoken Vietnamese and English. Mandarin is a big plus.
- Presentation skills. Other Software skills: Team views, SPSS, LOS (F1 & RLOS), CRM, Flexcue.
