Job description:
- Able to operate any type of residential project with minimum guidance and is also able to supervise or provide guidance to other property managers.
- Fully aware of the various operational requirement of managed projects.
- Able to guide and train the large number of team members including middle management.
- Able to build up constructive relationships among the various stakeholder within the complicity environment.
- Able to compose a operational budget of the managed project with minimum supervision.
Job requirements:
- Major: Bachelor degree in business, hospitality, civil engineering or above.
- Minimum 5 years’ experiences in property management fields.
- English must be advanced level.
- High level of Management skill and communication abilities.
