Experience: At least 3 years

3. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
4. Data Analytics: Using data to find insights, track performance (e.g., Microsoft Office, AI tool).
5. Strategic Sourcing: Developing sourcing strategies, market analysis, supplier selection.
6. Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding logistics, inventory
Soft skills
1. Negotiation: Securing the best terms and value.
2. Communication: Clear, persuasive communication with suppliers and internal teams (e.g., Design, Site, Finance, Operations).
