- Coordinate with other design teams to review and comment on Master plan 1:500 preparation if need to ensure the most appropriate and applicable of design solution.
- Review and comment on Plumbing design submission (water supply, drainage, WWTP & discharge) of design consultant to ensure design is in accordance with current regulations and design standards with alignment with Master plan 1:500.
- Plan and establish working schedule for Plumbing design work of project, then manage and monitor design consultant to achieve required completion milestones for all design works of project, including Basic design, Construction design, etc.
- Technical support when working with Authorities to obtain consent/approval of Basic design and Construction design verification and appraisal, etc.
- Prepare technical requirements, specifications, drawings for tender of construction work.
- Review and track changes if there is any need of design changes during construction.
- Report to Department Head of working status, working result, and any other matter (if necessary) properly and promptly.
- Coordinate with other members of Company/other Departments to facilitate smooth and effective working flow.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: University Degree in Plumbing field as Hanoi University of Civil engineering, Hanoi Architectural University, Thuy Loi University
- Experience: At least 05 year working as Plumbing designer or Plumbing design management for Infrastructure project or Urban development project(especially in mountainous area is a plus
- Personality or soft Skills:
- Expertise on Plumbing design for Urban development project including water supply system, storm and waste water drainage systems, WWTP, discharge and so on.
- Good use of Microsoft office;
- Excellent use of Autocad;
- Keen on work in details;
- Supportive and contributive;
- Honest and responsible.
